Capitec bank *****

Hi Capitec

I have not experienced such turmoil and disturbance from a company, worse a bank.

What happened to compliance? FICA, POPIA to mention but a few.

There are multiple ********** accounts with different companies opened in my personal details that only Capitec can distribute. Different bank statements with correct transactions but different addresses.

This is highly alarming and ********** regarding the processes that should be followed to change a address with the bank as this is used as proof of residence not that I need to remind Capitec but I need to outline the depth of this matter. However companies have bank statements from Capitec with my correct personal information and Capitec statements.

My ID copy that Capitec has is also compromised. I know this because the one I provided to the bank did not have to be certified.

At this point I am beyond disappointed with Capitec and at a loss of understanding. How are your customers protected? My salary went into this account that Capitec is messing with. How do your employees protect our information?

who requested statements and how where their sent? why does Capitec send confidential statements to unregistered addresses with the bank.

My credit record is ruined by Capitec's negligence. How will this be amended.
