Capitec Bank *****
Yet Another disappointment. This morning I received a notification of bank debit order..
R185 was deducted by SS-MEDIC 330F***DE427DECK*0
I went to Capitec Bank for consultation unfortunately they said the money is deducted and cannot be disputed.. I didn't sign any papers of Policy nor Medical examination except of Clientele policy..
It's very disappointing that the number 1 trusted Bank with high cyber security get bridged like that and fail to over come their service delivery as said when opening a bank .. ****EN disappointed at your Services... I'd be glad to move to more secured Bank now other than waste another money on Capitec
