Capitec Bank *****

On the 27th night I went to vent out my frustrations on Capitec Bank face book page about an unauthorized debit order, a few minutes later I get a response from them with a link taking me to an inbox and further links are sent for more to follow to get assisted. The next morning I wake up and try to buy airtime and it kept saying insufficient funds and I knew that can't be as I had savings and my salary from the previous day. I log onto Facebook and someone is warning me not to click on the link, that was too late for me I quickly run to the bank and found out they cleaned me dry, reversed my debit orders in order to get more money. R9223 all gone in one night and Capitec is telling me they are investigating, they not saying anything about giving me my money back they first have to retrieve it from the ******** as if the ******** are sitting the with the money waiting for Capitec Bank to come find them, I have a rent to pay and bis with a family to support, I have to get to work. How am I supposed to go by the entire month with no money?? My credit score will drop because my debit orders were reversed by the ********. They telling me investigation will take about 14-30days, I don't have that time to survive. I need my money back, I mean the accounts the money was sent to is there, why don't they contact those banks and find out who the accounts belong too. My landlord gave me until Friday to pay rent otherwise we will be out on the streets.

This matter is not been resolved and the bank keeps sending from pillar to post and with no money it is difficult, now I'm been told only R2000 was recovered from one of the ******** account and for to access that money I need a court order and upon my attempt to get that court order the court sent me back and said the bank is supposed to get the court order on my behalf and re-fund my money.
