Capitec Bank *****

My mom, who will be celebrating 90yrs this February had her money withdrawn from her Capitec account, around R25 000-00 in total. She never received any notification for all thos withdrawals. We requested Capitec Thohoyandou branch to investigate the matter, so that they allow us to have access of the phone numbers and voice recoding of the person who called to change daily withdrawal limit but the case was closed without any findings, and we were not informed about the closure. We only found out when making follow up. The case was re-opened but nothing is coming out. We are suspicious that this is an inside job. Can you help please
