Capitec bank failure

Capitec bank failed to deliver my car Lisence disk renewal over 10days yet when you apply it says 3-5 working days worse no communication from them while they have my contacts. Eg If address was a problem they had to call and check alternative options for me as a customer but no communication via call or email.
