Capitec Bank failing me
Nonhlanhla Kubheka here Capitec Bank is failing me My claim was submitted on the 25 09 24 since today they haven't paid n the funeral was last weekend I had to use my savings to bury my brother. I will not recommend anyone to Capitec Bank so they will go through what I'm going through. Back n forth email n phone calls. Speak to almost 12 agents but no help. Sending documents over n over still nothing I'm grieving and at the same time I'm angry n frustrated 2 weeks waiting still nothing but apology
