Capitec bank failed me shame

Hai shame I've been listening from people talking badly about capitec bank and the *****s or money missing from that bank and today I agree because I have been ****** by their atm and also complaint about it. The report they gave me is I can not be credited my money back, the reason for that action not disclosed. Haibo! Don't they say this is people's bank and now they treat us like this after I trusted them with my money and been banking with them for nearly 20years. I am so hurt, angry and disappointed by capitec bank I think I should go back to bank with ABSA bank, with them never had such mischievous drama and not being attended.so now I have lost my money which capitec ****** via their garage atm's. Capitec failed me shame, worse they robbing unemployed woman(me). K am done wit this bank shame😡🚮
