Capitec bank failed me once again

Capitec bank failed me once again. I sell products and sometimes deliveries arrive late. January they blocked my account because a person received a product late n complained but the matter was resolved and my account was opened. Today im trying to withdraw only to find that myaccount is blocked again. So each time a delivery is late or a person who despises me complains my account is gonna be blocked with no warning..
