Capitec Bank failed me

Hello Peter

My name is Nolitha from East London(Mdantsane)I have a problem with Capitec on the 05th of December 2024 I was helping my Aunt to transfer money to someone from her Capitec Account to another Capitec bank account now the transfer was successful but the person that I was transfering to didn't not receive the money.

And even to His Capitec App It didn't reflect,we went to the nearest Capitec Branch and they said the money was transfered to 1 life and they promised to investigate it. I've waited for the response from them and I keep on checking on them without any help.

And now 1 life seems like denying any deposit to them.Hello Peter please help me as I'm not getting any from Capitec Bank and 1 life is just playing games with me
