Capitec Bank fail me
I' m Nonhlanhla Kubheka I log a funeral claim since the 25/09/24 for my brother funeral and Capitec never give me pay out and I've been doing follow up but still nothing. My brother was buried on the 28 /09 with no payout and I had to used my salary to lay him to rest. Capitec Bank failed me n my family even now I'm still struggling I haven't received anything All documents submitted I don't know how many times. I'm grieving,angry 😡 and stressed.
