Hello Jacques , you are through to Andiswa S. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how frustrating it can be to wait in a branch, especially when it appears that not all service counters are operational. Your experience and feedback are important to us. For this specific concern, the best next step is to log a formal complaint directly with the branch manager, as they are responsible for staff allocation and queue management at the branch. You can do this by: - Asking to speak to the branch manager on duty at the Florida branch, or - Requesting that your concern be formally recorded at the branch for follow‑up Did you know that raising your concern directly with the branch manager allows it to be addressed quicker and helps improve service for all clients visiting that branch? Thank you for engaging with Capitec Bank. We appreciate your feedback and your patience. 🙏

Thank you for your time today, Jacques. Just to recap, what I have done for you today is: - Acknowledged your experience at the Florida branch - Explained that staffing and queue management are handled at branch level - Advised you on the correct process to log a formal complaint with the branch manager, who is best placed to address this concern This should now clarify the appropriate next step to ensure your feedback is addressed. It’s been a pleasure assisting you today. Thank you for chatting with Capitec Bank — we value your feedback and are always here to help. 🙂🌻
