I’m back again Dineo malatsie . Capitec call me and ask for my complaint ref number and they sent me a message on WhatsApp . They told me the person who’s behind my case is David David is the agent . They said they’ll refer me to him which they did .I talked to him and he said they will sort out the matter since they saw my complaint here at Hello Peter . I told him it’s been 2 months my account is blocked and I haven’t get paid because capitec bank blocked my account and they apologized I told them to unblock my account . They said they’ll unblock it but they didn’t till today I got paid on the 14 Friday 2024 but I can’t receive my salary because capitec bank blocked my account and they said your case is with David the agent but he didn’t unblock my account.

This is too much I have to pay my bills now I’m in debits because capitec bank blocked my account where I receive my salary and business . I’m not happy with capitec bank . The service is very poor and they have favoritism . They’re not professional .

I bank with capitec for 10 years but I didn’t know that their service is very horrible .

Hello Peter help me get my account back This is very painful
