Capitec Bank 🚮🚮

On the 5th of September I reported a **** clothing website after had just purchased clothes on it and realised that I haven’t received an email confirmation 5 minutes after the purchase. I immediately call capitec ***** department and alerted them about the situation, I was then told to wait for the next 30 days for the merchant to deliver if they don’t my money will then be credited to my account. It’s not the 12th of October after calling them on the 8th of October to tell them that I haven’t received my order they took me again though the same process and was told to wait another 30 days.. What I am asking myself now is that if you would trust Capitec bank with large amounts of transactions because how can I wait 60days just to stop a *****ulent transaction
