Capitec Bank Exploits its Customers

I took a loan with Capitec Bank over a year ago, I told them the debit should be the 25th, I have been noticing that every month between the 23rd and 24th there is an additional 5k that gets added on the remaining balance and I can not understand why, I have asked why this is, and I was told it's arrears, I asked the consultant what arrears, the debit date is the 25th these arrears are supposed to be charged if there was no money on the 25 but they get added 2 days before the debit date, and the consultant kept on insisting its arrears, this is the worst bank ever and with terrible customer service. They exploit people by pretending they are the bank for the peole and they will continue to do so if peoplew like me continue doing business with them.
