Capitec Bank excellent assistance
I experienced a problem and was quick to post negative comments but I did not follow the process correctly. I called in and spoke to Anelisa Ngunda and she walked me through the process. Completely calm and professional and we even managed to have a laugh together. Excellent service. Valuable staff member. Thank you
