Capitec bank employees stole my cellphone

Good evening

I hope this email finds you well. I lost my cellphone at Jabulani mall Capitec Bank on the 29th March 2021, I was depositing money at the ATM machine my cellphone slipped in the paper slip bin. I went inside the branch to report the incident I found Sphiwe the employee and advised me to come at 3pm when the G4S comes to deliver at the ATM they are the ones with the keys for the bin. I went back to the bank I found Neo who took my details and said to me I must come back on Wednesday the 1st April 2021. On the 30 March 2021 I called to do a follow up, the lady said I must come on Tuesday night I called my phone was off, hence the whole day it was on. On Wednesday I went to the bank and I found the manager Mr Puso, I told him my story he then called the G4S and they asked for an account number and checked and they rep**** by saying they didn't find the cellphone the instructed me to go report to the police station. I didn't go because it was there in the bin and I have witnesses who were there when I called and it was ringing. Please help me find my cellphone
