CAPITEC BANK- EFFORTLESS BANKING? NO USELESS

CAPITEC BANK.... randontein , village square. WHAT A DISGRACE

I have been banking with capitec for a year now, im employed full time, no bad credit in fact they can see i can pay all my debt on time without delay infact i settle it early even , so i decided to go in branch to apply for a personal loan - and they were so rude- rejected by my own bank for having had to many micro loans in the past (none of them i missed a payment ) they did not even offr me a overdraft-or credit card nothing , made it bluntfully clear i was a nuisance to them. i went to african bank and they immediatly offered me a cheque account.. wow. DONT BANK WITH CAPITEC they are a bunch of selfish -greedy people no care for customer satisfaction at all
