Capitec Bank & Easy Equities

On capitec suggestion, I opened a easy equities account. I did and I invested, I had a national and international investment. When I got retrenched, I closed up both accounts. The international account was sent to Capitec forex, whom apparently couldn't get hold of me and they returned the funds to easy equities. It's been 2 nearly 3 years and those funds have miraculously disappeared. Easy equities has word my transactions clean on my account with them so it's not even traceable, capitec sent me a generic mail saying the query has been sent to their forex department, when I check my query, it says none has been lodged in the past 30days. Easy equities doesn't even read my complaints to them or answers with off topics that don't even relate. So guys be warned, easy equities and capitec, something isn't gelling. And as you can all see capitec doesn't even read hello Peter.
