Capitec Bank

I made a finger error in transferring money from my account to another person , with capitec bank using mobile banking , then i called capitec bank immediately , i explained my story , tlele consultant asked for my ID number and asked me relevant questions , there for then i was told by there tele - consultant by the name of Reachel that she can see that i did a transfer but Capitec bank law says they need to verify with the person that i transfer money too by mistake if they can reverse the money back to my account , when she called for verification she told me there number is unavailable , i asked her if other banks can reverse the money back why cant she can see from the system that its from my account, she told there is nothing she cant do its by law , i asked her if i just lost my money just like that she said there is nothing she can do, i asked to transfer me to the head office i got the same story again they cant get hold of the my money receiver , i was to be transferred to the manager, she tele consulted gave me her superiorby the name of Shade, she told me that she also can get hold of the receiver, i told her as well do people that bank with capitec knows that if they transfer-res wrongly they will lose their money while there is, what if someone does the same mistake with a bigger money ? does the same mistake that means its our lose again , she could not answer i feel like capitec its unfriendly user bank it risky as well , if capitec should have announced it that when a person opens the account with capitc and transfers by mistake to another person capitec wont reverse it , till today the number that i transferred my money to its still not available and till now i have not received my money back , that money was for my child transport, capitec refuses to give back my money , peoples money is on risk that is how i feel , if other banks reverses without no questions asked why not with capitec ? Capitec should just give my money back and close my account, they should announce to people that if you open an account there is no reversal
