Capitec bank

I'm very cross with my bank that I trusted for more than 18years they allowed netstar to debit 566 without me authorizing this debit order which means our money are not safe any more I called the capitec consultant and she told me that that debit order won't be reversed and I cannot stop it so which means netstar will do as it please them with my money i regret nthe day trusting Capitec as my bank
