Capitec Bank double debit

Hello Peter, I have a loan with Capitec Bank that I am 3 months late with payment because I lost my job this March 2021. I reported my unemployment to the bank and arranged to pay what I can from R200 upwards until I get I get a job again, and indeed I got a new job two months later, in July 2021. My debit order resumed back to R1300 a week, and I was given 3 extra months to pay but this evening they deducted double on my loan installment. What can I do to resolve this, I got rent, food and transportation coming up next week?
