Capitec Bank doesn't care about *****.

My bank account was debited *****ulently. I visited the branch in Menlyn Maine and was helped by Kevin who I were very satisfied with. However their ***** department refused to assist in reporting the ***** and refund the money. I was referred to the Payment Association of South Africa. How ridiculous is that. The bank that I entrust my money with just don't care and refuse to report *****. I am utterly disgusted and extremely disappointed with Capitec Bank. Poor Poor Service!!!!!
