Capitec bank does not show loyalty to their customers

I have been using Capitec credits for more than 5years now and I have never even once missed any payment. Took a couple of loans with them but not even once have they reduced my interest rates. Either on personal loan, access facility, credit card etc. Doesn’t capitec consider our payments behaviour or loyalty to them? I find it really unfair. Spoke to a consultant called Kea and she told me that capitec does not reduce any interest. What a wait of years. I thought by now I would be having a good interest rate with capitec based on my affordability, payment behaviour and my outstanding loyalty to them.
