Capitec Bank does not honour arrangement made

Multi Loan Account No. ***<br> INO Rashid Shaik<br> <br> I contacted the bank yesterday and made arrangements to pay R250 this month and the balance to be settled by end of November. When my salary was credited, an amount of R2833,44 was taken to offset the loan. This goes against the arrangement that was made and leaves me out of pocket. The bank is wrong to go against the arrangement and I request that it reverses the transaction.
