CAPITEC BANK DOES NOT HAVE MY BEST INTEREST AT HEART AS A PENSIONER.

It's seems to be a thing that banks are now allowing 3rd parties like Clientel Legal and Share tracking companies to debit our bank accounts and if we want to return the debit orders for what ever reason, we cannot. I have heard of First National Bank doing the same. The reply we get back from Capitec in my case and experience was CAPITEC CANNOT STOP OR CANCEL ANY CLIENTEL DEBIT ORDER. WHY??? this means that a 3rd party can debit my account and I cannot get the help of my bank. I trust my bank to have my best interest at heart not a 3rd party. My partner had the same experience with F. National bank. He had to close his bank account to stop 1 Company who mis represented themselves with this share tracking BS. They give you 7 days , what they call cooling off period, to cancel. But the training only starts after 7 days. So you only then find out the BS that was presented is not what you thought. You cannot make money. Then you are refused any cancelation and sit with a debit or thousands and thousands. When we checked HELLO PETER SADLY TOO LATE. Many people where caught out. Back to my matter, why is the banks allowing early tracking and debit orders we cannot return. I am a pensioner and every cent counts. Clientel legal debited my account against my instructions and I cannot do anything. And my bank gives a 3td party power over my money and account.
