Dear Capitec Bank, I am astonished, stunned and shockingly amazed by your lack of business managent skillls of the people working for your bank, especially the consultants calling us to fix and correct the mistakes your other people make working inside the banks. You made promises to fix and correct the mistakes in on account as discussed telephonically from your side, by which you failed to do so. I'm really starting to lose faith in this country's business skills that fail to provide an honest service to the public.
