Capitec Bank Disability Claim

Disability application. Due to undergoing a serious medical operation and unable to return to work, I app**** for temporary disability at Capitec Bank. This application was made in March 2025 with all required documents provided. I was advised that the application review and final outcome would take 90 days. It is now the end of October and I have still received no feedback regarding my application. I have followed up with the consultant and branch manager at the columbine branch both in person and on email who state they have escalated the matter to the regional manager. There has been no progress at all. Debit orders are still being processed even though the turnaround time for the application is far overdue.
