Capitec Bank Deletes Transactions Instead Of Crediting Refunds

Capitec keeps deleting transactions and not crediting money from Merchants. This happened 4 times now. My first was with Electricity. Capitec insisted the money was not debited even though my balance was less by electricity amount.

Then: 06 November I bought for R214.37 from Spar and Spar credited the money back, because the items were not available. 29 November, again Spar for R162.85, but amount credited was R38, because they didnt have 1 item. 09 January '26, I bought from Amazon SA for R249. Amazon credited the amount on 28 January.

ALL of these transactions are NOT showing on my Banking App, because Capitec deleted the transactions. Spar has sent me a screenshot of them crediting the money. Amazon also shows the process of crediting.

BUT I guess Spar and Amazon must be giving away free money for doing credits on non existant transactions, according to Capitec Bank App.

You have now closed the call after sending me an extremely rude agent. One who not only had a condescending tone with me, but dropped the call mid conversation.
You keep insisiting that you did credit my account and i shoudl check my statement and my statement shows NOTHING. I have sent you screenshots of this.
Open my call and resolve this properly. No money was credited. i would not keep insisting or wanting money i have received.
