Capitec Bank deducted money with bo investigation

I contacted Capitec few minutes after I have paid money into a wrong account.The consultant told me they can help me and they will charge me a reversal fee.It was in Saturday and hoping they will reverse it as payment E.F.T to a different bank takes 2 working days..Capitex never called me ,I called on Tuesday and they told me they investigating. I phoned the bank I paid money into F..N.B and they told me capitec was suppose to give me a form to fill.After I called the company I paid incorrectly into and they told me they will investigate.. Capitec never investigated my case. I kept phoning the company I paid into and they made exception to refund me as the money was meant for my son's school..Immediately after the company refunded me Capitec went and debut my bank with reversal fee and they claim they told me I will be charged.I asked them what was their invention and they lies they still investigating.14 days had passed and to this day no one at Capitec called to tell me what was their investigation, their 14 days passed they tool money and they don't care to refund me as I did investigation myself.. I am so disappointed that after 11 years plus with them I will no longer recommend them.. I have recruited so many people in my circle cause I loved them but from now on I will not encourage anyone as they are really *****ing from their customers.
