Capitec Bank Debt Review Queries

I was under debt review since 2015, and asked for statements since I started being under debt review, as I asked for total amount to pay final settlement during September 2021, Sandton Debt Review has brought it under the attention of Capitec Bank that my account was already paid up and that I am not in debt with Capitec Bank. I received an email today 2021-11-30 from CCS Debt Review Queries (Credit Management) that all of a sudden my debt will not be settled at the expiry of the restructured term as proposed and I am not in debt with Capitec Bank. I feel that Capitec Bank need to pay out what I was paying more than expected. I am frustrated with Capitec Bank and want you to investigate this matter.
