Capitec bank debited my acc and called it Client care adjustment collection without my authorization

Hi Capitec collected my money transaction is called Client care adjustment collection what does that mean?..... sadly this is not the first time this happened last time I was adviced to change my card and they would refund me barely a month this happens again
