CAPITEC BANK DEBIT ****

Hello Peter, I am a a student around Polokwane Limpopo province. I was sent some money into my Capitec Bank account two days ago to get some school book and immediately few minutes from receiving the money I receive a withdrawal note, a debit order from my account. When I open my Capitec app to check the debit order with a purpose of reversal the debut transaction is not even visible. I rushed to the bank found it closed because it was weekend and went to the bank again today Monday the 05 of August Seshego circle center and unfortunately the bank teller claims that they do know who too my money and they then ignored me just like that. When I needed to know more I am ignored and they only told me that they can stop more debit by still deducting my last cents which were into my account. All that I am asking for is clarification and my money back, who took it and how they can trace it. The account that took my money is written SSConnect debit.
