Capitec BAnk Debi check conformation letter

This is the worst bank to deal with.. Absolutely nobody wants to help you the phones and emails are either not working because all the numbers you phone rings and rings up till you are Blue in your face without answer day in and day out.. the emails you bever get a response back.. unfortunately other banks don't want to take a sms of a Debi check as confirmation of arrangements they want a letter... But nooooooo Capitec Bank or the staff doesn't want to help you out with just 1 letter... and it is Just a confirmation letter for a debi check.. I am about to loos a home loan and this just over a confirmation letter that your bank does not want to help you with🤬🤬
