Capitec bank

I wrote a about Capitec bank years ago I I sent my nephew to pay electricity at pick n pay Marianhill Park using Capitec card Money was never credited to municipal account .Contacted Capitec bank the was informed that money cannot be traced , they can see money was paid to municipal can’t be traced. I never received my money until Money disappeared It can’t be traced no one is accountable.
