Capitec bank

I've been ****med by the lady Masedi Makhafola from Primrose East she a client of Capitec her number *** she advertised on market place women clothes, men's suite ,curtains etc I went to capitec to try and reverse the money they say they can't reverse the money I'm tbeir client and Masedi she's also their client all that I asked is capitec bank to reverse the money but the service I've received is very poor from capitec bank witbank branch
