Capitec Bank ******

Capitec is the worst bank they are ****** I had a loan with them for more than 2 years and got retrenched at my work place and my loan has insurance but capitec won't pay the claim as if I don't have insurance on that loan and that is in my contract anyone with the knowledge please assist I am done with capitec all they want is my uif money claim which don't make sense when they ask me when I am going to pay i tell them I am not working and they ask when is the uif money coming in.
