Capitec Bank credit rating system

Capitec Bank has a credit score rating on its app. The rating on the app shows my score as weak however according to Compuscan (the bureau that they use for this information) my score is not weak.

I tried calling the call centre and I was taken helter skelter with most of the agents not really clued up on the app and accessing the information I am talking about. I was on the line for 50 minutes not because I was being assisted because I was taken from one department to the next.

I have been with Capitec for long, luckily I have never really needed to go into the bank but this service really left a sour taste in my mouth...enough to consider to move banks.
