Capitec Bank credit rating not accurate.

Capitec`s credit score on the app and in the bank itself states that according to compuscan my credit rating is below average, this affects me when applying for a loan or credit. However when i inquire this on compuscan it states that i have an excellent credit score rating. How is this possible? This has been going on for months now. Please fix your system
