CAPITEC BANK CREDIT INSURANCE IS A ****

I have credit insurance with Capitec Bank, and dealing with them has been a thorn in my flesh, a never-ending pain in the neck. Capitec Bank has approved my retrenchment cover last year. They covered my installments for just a couple of months, maybe two or three, and then they started deducting money from my account to cover the loan, even though I haven't found work to this day.

They would take money from my account, and other debit orders would not be paid because of this, and then my accounts would be in arrears. I went to the bank to get my money reversed, and they would take another three months still deducting money from my account before they could refund me.

After they refund me, the loan account would immediately be in arrears, of which they would call me twice a day, expecting me to pay so that the loan account is up to date with payments.

The account is in arrears now, and Capitec has CANCELLED my Credit Insurance last month ********LY, claiming that they have data that I am working now.

This is so wrong at all levels. NEVER trust Capitec. They enjoy eating your money even when they should not. This Credit Insurance they Force you to take whenever you take a loan from them is a ****.

I have sent them emails as per their request, but they are not responding or doing anything about this matter. I asked them for evidence showing me where I work, and they have not responded!!

Do yourself a favour, NEVER take a loan from Capitec, NEVER!!!
