Capitec bank credit division is useless

Capitec bank credit division is useless to think capitec was assisting clients and helping them. Then u get the credit division *****ing things up and to to it up their team and team leaders can't answer simple questions they do the wrong and wanna blame the client I wonder who trains these guys aissh VERY POOR.
