Capitec Bank Credit card settled,the Bank does not want to close the account,The Bank is happy to charge interest for the non-existing debt.
I have settled my Capitec credit card four Months back and I have requested the bank to close the credit card,till to date they have not close my credit card account,Capitec bank Monthly charges me interest for the debt that is not there.I went to their Branch and called their contact Center,this issue is unresolved and it is frustrating for me,I need help.
