Capitec Bank Credit Card Application

Good Day Last week I went to capitec bank In centurion blue velly to open credit card so they told me that my pay slip is ***** they will call the cops they couldn't read the pay slip well so now I'm blacklisted. Today I went to other branch the service was extremely good they told me that the previous bank made a mistake to not read the pay slip well there's nothing they can do I'm so really disappointed so I'm closing down my account if this is not resolved.
