Capitec Bank continues to over indebt the financially burdened

<p>I was under debt review and recently withdrew the registration. I had 2 defaults under my name when I did an application with Capitec. Still puzzled by the fact that Capitec approved my application despite this. How does Capitec bank run their credit assessments and affordability and are they in line with the NCR requirements?</p>
