Capitec bank consultants demand petrol from their clients

I went to capitec bank in Odendaalsrus, and I was treated horribly by a lady who was supposed to help me. I didn't even have a chance to say hello and that lady told me why was I there. I went to the bank at 16h50 to do a new bank card & I remembered that the bank has a generator during loadshedding so I'll be assisted. The lady told me I shouldn't come to the bank at this time, where must she get petrol for the generator. I didn't know what to do or say because I need to access my money to go home. The lady was rude and her co-workers agreed with her that they don't have petrol. I then asked her what was I supposed to do because I thought my local branch will help me. I didn't get help or advice on how to access my money, she chased me away saying she wanted to knock off.
