Capitec Bank consultant insulted me for not being able to pay the loan

I have made a loan with capitec Bank last year my company end my contract while I was pregnant, I submitted papers to the bank telling them I am not working and I can't find a job because I am pregnant now they threatening me with lawyers I asked them my loan had insurance incase I lose my job or my life the consultant told me if I had died that's when the insurance I was gonna pay up the loan
