Capitec Bank Complaints department
I had a complaint about the service I received from the call center consultants I was dealing with regarding a cash send that went wrong. The complaints department contacted me and explained the process to me clearly and the money was severed into my account. I was very happy with the service I received from Capitec complaints deparment.
