Capitec Bank Complaint Management Services 👎

I'd like to express my disappointment in the Capitec Complaint Services.They are of no help at all and are very quick to close complaint,even though UNRESOLVED.Ni-Shaat Lamb,A Complaint Management Officer from Capitec I'm very disappointed in how you handled my issue with Capitec and Nimble.Not only did you dismally fail at resolving my issue,You also failed at understanding what the problem is and it doesn't look like you even have interest in resolving this.I am not going to let this go until it has been resolved.
