Capitec Bank Collections Dishonesty

I am very disappointed in Capitec Bank. I was behind on payments due to unemployment. I recently got a job and got paid my first pay in November 2025. I was then debited by Capitec Bank as normal. I received money today 02 December 2025 from a family source and Capitec again debited me. There was no arrangement for this, and when I ask for my money (2nd debit in days) to be reversed, they straight up refused to reverse it. This is ********* practice.
