Capitec Bank Close My Account Immediately

Capitec Bank does not want to close my account when i requested them to. They say that the balance on the account is -R2000. I had a savings account with them. This account should not have an overdraft or a credit facility. IT"S A SAVINGS ACCOUNT, Due to their own system glitch, the account is in a negative balance and i am unable to close the account. My suggestion to Capitec is that they write off that balance, close the account because you are definately not going to get those funds from me.
