Capitec Bank client care

A 76 year old male was ****med out of his many thousands of rands due to Capitec not protecting their clients' money. He has a R3000.00 withdrawel limit on his account and yet the ****mers were allowed to take much more than that from his account. He reported this to Capitec and the SAPS. He received both case numbers and then nothing. He cslled the Capitec ***** Dept this morning and was informed that he was sent an email! The email confirmed that Capitec could not find his money and they are sorry for his loss!! So tough luck old man. Capitec does not care about your money and they do not care about you as a client. Is this not SAD?
